1.).Prices for scooping & waste removal on commercial properties are done by Sq. feet of space that needs cleaning. There is a reduced price if the property has waste stations located on the premises, as it will reduce the amount of ground waste that needs cleaned.
2.) Pet waste station and installation prices vary depending on which type of station you'd like installed.
3.) Maintaining waste stations is priced per station and can be done weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.

Terms & Conditions for Fur-ever Spotless Yards LLC
Common Area Cleaning
- Exclusions: Common area cleaning does not include:
- Micro debris such as cigarettes, needles, glass, or other small items.
- Large items that cannot fit in a scoop bucket.
- Hazardous materials.
- Pet waste covered by leaves, yard debris, or obstructed by other materials cannot be cleaned. Waste encased in ice will also be excluded.
Station Service
- Fur-ever Spotless Yards LLC requires access to keys for pet waste stations to perform servicing.
- If station installation is delayed due to weather or supply chain issues, our team will clean the designated area at the same cost until the stations are installed.
- Final station locations must be approved in writing prior to installation.
Notices
- Either party may cancel recurring services with 45 days’ written notice.
- Fur-ever Spotless Yards LLC will provide 60 days’ written notice for any future price adjustments.
Billing
- A one-time or initial payment is due upon signing this agreement.
- Monthly invoices will be sent on the 1st of each month for services scheduled that month. (Net 15 payment terms apply.)
- Services completed during a partial first month will be added to the initial monthly invoice.
- Invoices overdue by more than 30 days may incur late fees and interest penalties.
Emergency Service
- Fur-ever Spotless Yards LLC can provide additional services for issues such as vandalized stations, overflowing trash cans, or excessive pet waste.
- Any additional service will be billed as a separate charge on the next invoice.
Agreement Term
- This agreement automatically renews on a monthly basis and remains in effect until either party provides written notice of cancellation.
