Yes of course. No one needs to be home we just need access to the space that needs to be cleaned. We will send on the way alerts and a picture of your gate shut upon departure. We also provide combination locks for customers to link with their lock. This ensures we are able to gain access to the yard to keep it fresh and clean while maintaining your yards security.

Nope! We don’t make you sign a contract. You may pause, cancel, or change your subscription anytime you’d like.

Yes, we’re happy to clean with dogs around! However, if your dog has shown signs of aggression, we kindly ask that you keep them indoors during the cleaning for the safety of our team. Ensuring a safe environment for everyone is our priority. If your dog displays aggressive behavior, we may require them to stay inside or, in some extreme cases, remove your home from our service route.

We are a small family owned local business. Just like you, We love to spend time with our families and furry friends on the holidays. If your service day happens to falls on a major holiday, we will skip that week’s cleanup and perform double duty work the following week. You will still be charged as the amount of pet waste accumulated over the break would take the extra work to provide a clean yard!Â
